Where is your shop located?

We are located on Buruzu Magu, road between Television Maldives and UN Building.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Saturday to Thursday from 10:00 till 23:00 hours and 14:00 till 23:00 hours on Fridays.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders placed within Male’ will be delivered same day or the very next day. Per request, we can hold the delivery for a specific date as well. For Hulhumale’ orders, delivery will be made within 1 – 2 days after order placement.

Do you deliver to boats?

Yes, we deliver to boats in Male’ Jetties. While placing the order, please note down the package details (customer name, contact number, address, atoll/island etc.) and the boat details (boat name, location, contact number, departure date and time from Male’ etc.)
Boat delivery orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to ensure the delivery is made on time.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer, Visa, Master Card or PayPal.

Is it possible to pick up the product from the shop?

Yes, upon order placement, you can request at checkout to pick up the product from the shop. Please ensure that the order is collected same or the next day.

Can I order custom-made bouquets?

Any type of bouquets can be customized to your liking depending on the availability of flowers and greeneries.

How should I place an order for a custom-made bridal bouquet?

Order can be placed through Instagram and Facebook @gobigflowerlab or via Viber (7703636). Please contact us a week prior to the wedding date to check the availability of the flowers required. Order should be confirmed with full payment 2-3 days ahead.

All information we receive from our customers, is protected by our secure servers.

Exchanges 

You are encouraged to return the product in person and collect the exchange same day as return.

Refunds 

If a cash refund has been approved, you will be notified via phone-call and you will be informed of the date and time to collect the payment.
For bank transfers, please contact us and send the account details once notified.
Generally, refunds have a processing time of 7-14 business days.

Processing of Orders

If a delivery is to be made to a different person, we require accurate details of the recipient as well as the contact details of the customer.

Delivery Timings
